For your convenience, Sadaf Travel & Tours offers secure credit card payments online. You may also submit your credit details by fax. We welcome VISA, MasterCard. In order for us to process your booking request your credit card details are required. However your credit card will only be charged once your room reservation is confirmed, your credit card details have been verified, and we have emailed your hotel voucher to the email address provided during your booking process.

Your booking is final once we have sent the HOTEL VOUCHER to the email address provided during your booking process. The HOTEL VOUCHER will be made out to the guest name as defined in your booking request and must be presented upon check-in at the hotel.

You may amend your booking request at any time during the booking process or after your booking is final. We can be contacted by email, online chat, call back center, phone or fax. Depending on the nature of the amendment request, our standard cancellation conditions may apply. Please note that no refunds will be made for no-shows or early check-outs.

In all email exchanges, please make sure that the BOOKING ID is included in the subject line of your message. Our automatic routing system will then file it with the rest of the information about your booking request. If you should need to contact us by online chat, phone, call back services or fax, please state your BOOKING ID. The BOOKING ID will help us retrieve the current status of your booking process.

In the event that your selected hotel is not available, our Customer Service Agents will contact you to suggest a convenient and comparable hotel. In case you do not accept our offer for alternative accommodation your credit will not be charged.

The Sadaf Travel & Tours Reservation Guarantee   

All bookings secured through Sadaf Travel & Tours are backed by our Reservation Guarantee. If your confirmed reservation at the hotel (for which you have been issued a voucher) is not available or cannot be honored upon check-in, and no other room type that you had booked is available, immediately contact our Customer Service Agents at the contact details listed on your hotel voucher. We will arrange a room at another convenient and comparable hotel and Sadaf Travel & Tours will pay for the full cost of the first night's stay, including any tax and service charges. Also, against a receipt, we will pay for all communication costs to our office.

Please note that the Sadaf Travel & Tours Reservation Guarantee is only valid if you contact us upon check-in. Later claims, after the actual check-in, cannot be covered.

Extension of stay

We strongly recommend that you make your reservation for the full duration of your stay. If you would like to extend your booking after arrival, you will need to contact our Customer Service Center as the hotel will not offer you the same discount prices (the hotel may even charge you the full walk-in rate). You can contact us by email, online chat, call back center, phone or fax. In all correspondence with our support staff you must quote your BOOKING I.D. for reference. Please note that no refunds apply for early checkouts.

Airport Transfers

Please note that pick-up times depend on the arrival times as specified in your booking request. In case of late arrivals no refund applies.

Cancellation of booking

We do understand your need for flexibility when it comes to planning your travels. Our Cancellation Conditions provide the maximum flexibility with regard to amendment or cancellation requests. Please note that we do not charge any cancellation fee for booking requests in progress. However once your booking is final, i.e. we have sent you the HOTEL VOUCHER to the email address provided during your booking process, cancellation fees may apply. Please note that no refunds will be made for no-shows or early checkouts.
